For the kid who eats lunch alone. For the teenager who dreads the sound of the school bell. For the adult still carrying wounds and fears, they’ve never named them out loud.

If you’ve ever felt like you were the only one going through it—this post, this story, this entire memoir is for you.

The Hate Game: Screaming in the Darkness is the book I wish I’d had when I was shoved into the corner, humiliated in front of classmates, or lying in bed too scared to face another school day. It’s not a self-help guide. It’s not a fix-all. But it’s honest. It’s raw. And, in some strange way, it’s hopeful.

Because I didn’t write this book just to tell my story.

I wrote it to hold a hand out to those who feel like they’re screaming in silence.

So many people have reached out to me since publishing the book—people who’ve never told their story, people who were bullied, abused, dismissed, silenced. The one thing they all have in common? They thought they were alone.

But they weren’t. And neither are you.

If you’re still in the storm, I promise you: there is life on the other side. There is joy. There is laughter. There are people who care, even if you haven’t met them yet.

And if you’re like me—someone who made it through and still wonders why certain memories won’t sit quietly—just know this:

You didn’t deserve what happened to you. You weren’t weak for surviving. You were strong for staying.

So if you’ve ever felt alone: I see you. I wrote this book for you. And if your story is still too hard to tell, you can borrow mine until you’re ready.

You’re not alone. Not anymore.
